This software is amazing!! I have spent weeks on the internet searching for a Property Management software program. Downloaded and installed all of them to try, some of them were hundreds and thousands of dollars. None of them compared to "Rental Property Tracker Plus". It's so easy and user friendly. The price is the BEST for what you get.

HALLELUAH!! I have tried and used (or demo'd) over a dozen Rental Property/Property Management Software Packages. NONE OF THEM, compare to the ease of use with your Rental Property Tracker Plus. Forgive the cliche, but it really should be called "Property Management for Dummies" because it is SO USER FRIENDLY! It guides you effortlessly through each step of data input. I will definately show it off at the next Property Owners Association Meeting here in Omaha, NE.

I just wanted to write and express how pleasant it is working with you. It's so nice to use a software where you can actually have access to the person that created the software. As you know I ran into a problem during peak July 4th weekend and, to my pleasant surprise, you got right on my problem and resolved it for me. Now that's what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE.

With almost 70 units of both vacation rental and long-term tenants, Resort Rental Tracker Plus has been a life saver for me. Before, I had created a manual calendar system to keep track of my rentals, which was not the most effective system. Considering how little I paid for the software, compared to thousands that other software programs cost that I compared prior to purchasing this, there is no doubt that I got the best value for my money, especially since I'm getting better customer service from you than the big software companies. As a matter of fact, with most of the big companies, when you call customer service, you get an entry level tech and every time you call you get a different tech and each time you get a different answer depending on who you talk to. And then, after spending hours on the phone, if they can't resolve your problem, you get transferred to the next level and have to start all over again with the explanations.

It's great with Resort Rental Tracker Plus to be able to go directly to the source and get help.

The other great thing is that you don't charge for the periodic updates and there's no annual renewal fee, just the one-time, low, upfront cost. It's not the fanciest system in the world, but it gets the job done with no strings attached.

First rate. A fully functional, top rate software program WITH excellent, prompt, courteous, American support. I only have one rental house, but I almost let a renter use it with only paying a deposit because I wasn't on top of my books. After searching the web I found Vacation Rental Tracker Plus and figured I would give it a shot. Man am I glad I did. The software is intuitive and easy to use. Set up was a breeze and they even have a helpful tutorial with sample guests to get you started. It took me about 10 minutes to feel like I knew enough to use almost all of the diverse functionality.

Before I found Vacation Rental Tracker Plus I contacted another vendor and was mad because they didn't have their price anywhere on the website. They emailed me and the MONTHLY fee was MORE than the purchase price of Vacation Rental Tracker Plus. It's a no-brainer. Get Vacation Tracker and simplify your life for less.

I ordered the Activity & Expense Tracker on 12/17/08 - and I love it! I wish I had ordered it years ago - and I know I have only used a small part of the Tracker. It is really going to make my job easier keeping track of my activities and time with client files. I was using an old typewriter/carbon paper method which had slips that had to then be transferred to ledger sheets, etc. etc. etc. The first week was a little scary for me - in learning something totally new, but it was so easy to learn and it all falls into place within a couple of days! - Sue A. It is the most user friendly software I have ever used. The support was excellent during the free download period and the response time to queries was very quick.

It is the perfect program for every stage of your business especially for small Ma and Pa Craft Market sellers. As everything is on the screen that you need no paper and pen notes needed.

I use Activity & Expense Tracker every day. I chose it because it was the most inexpensive option available for my Mac, but it does everything I need it to do effortlessly, with a minimum of attention.

The new client field in version 5 is especially helpful. Also, the automatic stopping of one activity when I switch to another is extremely useful since I switch back and forth all the time, and it's a relief not to have to keep track of that!

Excellent software, support, and help information. As an 8 year user of Timeslips, I've been looking for a Mac OS X time and billing application. I've checked out all that I could find and was very impressed with Activity & Expense Tracker and it's big brother, Small Business Tracker which includes invoice, contact, task, and schedule tracking. It could almost replace Palm Desktop or similar. I wanted to import Timeslips data and the software author was very responsive and developed an importer for Timeslips data in one day!

Very impressive! Not only does it work great but it is surprising, refreshing, and appreciated that you took the time and quickly provided this assistance. I ended up getting Small Business Tracker for it's extra capabilities than Activity & Expense Tracker. Your program is more intuitive and as useful as Timeslips for my purposes. Activity & Expense Tracker is useful as well as fun to use. I like its flexibility and how easy it is to add activities and projects.

I have been using Activity & Expense Tracker for about 2 weeks and I have found that it not only helps with keeping track of charges for invoices but it also helps in my time management. I now have a better idea of when and where I am spending time on non-revenue producing activities.

I was up and running within 2 minutes flat. This is a very easy to use program. I intend to have each of my employees and my independent contractors use this program for payroll.

The timer allows them to keep track of their time per day by pausing when they "clock out" for a personal break or whatever.

Since all of my employees and contractors are home-based, this program is ideal for them. It allows them each to keep track of their time on a daily basis more accurately and record only the times that they actually worked.

Another nifty feature of this program is that you can close the program and the time is still counting. That way, if you prefer to close the main window, your timer is still running and recording time spent. Nice!

The preferences is a thoughtful addition. I personally like setting up preferences so that the look and feel of a program is customized to my wants and likes. How great! This program is functional AND stylish! Again, thanks for this terrific program. -- Cristina Buchanan
