Many New Features Added to Vacation Rental Tracker Plus

Redwood Valley, CA, May 9, 2004 - SpiritWorks Software released a new version of its popular Vacation Rental Tracker Plus program today. Improvements to the Property Management Invoice report, which can be sent by managers to property owners, head the list of important improvements to this great software.

A new rental rate type of WD/WE has been added so that you can easily charge different rates for weekdays and weekends on the same reservation record. You now also have a choice of listing each day separately or combining all rental charges onto one line of the reservation charges.

Version 1.2.5 has many new features including:

• Reservation records with the status of Checked Out are now protected from inadvertent changes.
• Specific Unit Requested button added to Notes section of Reservation Tracker.
• Create Commission Expense Record button which automatically calculates Booking Agent commissions has been added to the Notes section of Reservation Tracker.
• New Rental Rate type of WD/WE allows you to specify different rates for Weekdays and Weekends.
• Now you can choose between combining all nights onto one line in Reservation Tracker or having each night on a separate line.
• A bug in the Availability Checker which kept some reservations from showing has been fixed.
• Tentative reservations can now be included in the Housekeeping report.
• The Reservation Report now has a Date range selection menu button.
• You can now generate Unit Reports for a specific owner.
• No more pesky "Last Window Open" messages.
• Create a Property Management Invoice for a specific Reservation.
• The Property Management Invoice can now include a header.
• Receipts created in Reservation Tracker now have additional controls for positioning the receipt on the paper and an option to remove the header.
• Export Headers for future use so you can easily switch between multiple businesses or locations.
• Many minor improvements

Users can try out the software free for 10 days, before registering it for only $249. Vacation Rental Tracker Plus runs on most computers including, Windows 98/2000/NT/XP and Macintosh operating systems.
