* A new preference has been added to the Formats section of Prefs that allows you to choose to Add leading zeros to numbers in reports and invoices. This lines up the decimals in the numbers for easier reading.

* You can add Notes to Invoices in Invoice Creator again.

* In Invoice Creator when you click Add Product to Invoice, if you had more than 50 items in inventory you got a message asking if you wanted to rebuild the inventory list. * A&E Tracker no longer offers an Invoice # that has already been used in either Invoice tracker or A&E Tracker.

* When a customer number, product number or invoice number is changed, all three databases are now updated.

* The functionality of the Edit buttons above the two misc. description fields in Inventory Tracker has been changed again. Originally they were called Change and modified the label of the fields. Then they were changed to Edit and were used to change the contents of the fields. Then in a later version, these fields were unlocked so you could type directly into them. This made the Edit functionality redundant, so in this version the Edit buttons now change the labels once again.

* Invoice Creator's Sales Tax and Discount features improved.

* Hide Prices is now an option for all invoices.

* A secondary sort has been added to Inventory Reports.

* Non-taxable info now gets exported from Inventory Tracker.

* Improvements in most reports, especially the Tax Form Report.

* Numbers in most reports are now aligned for easier reading.

* In Schedule Tracker when you select a repeating option you are now prompted for an ending date instead of a random date being chosen.

* Improvements with the Color Preferences and updating of the colors in windows of each component.

Activity & Expense Tracker v4.0

• Now short dates can be displayed with the European date format (MM/DD/YY).

• New Invoiced and Paid checkboxes in A&E Tracker will help you determine which records are invoiced but not paid, which have not been invoiced and which are both invoiced and paid. (See illustration on right.)

Dates can now be input as 1.2 (= Jan 2 of this year).

Times can now be input as whole numbers or without colon (ie 5 = 5:00 AM, 730 = 7:30 AM, 1515 = 3:15 PM).

Keyboard shortcuts have been changed to allow more reliable cut, copy & paste and to be more consistent.

Activity & Expense Tracker v3.3.1

New in 3.3.1 - the date chooser now allows you to choose a date for any year in the past, present or future.

• Indicators for running and paused timers have been added (notice TP and TR buttons in illustration to the right). Clicking on these indicators takes you to the next running or paused timer.

• A much smaller "Collapsed" window. Small window can be moved independently of larger window to a different location on your screen. (See second graphic on right.)

• Timer now displays the elapsed time even while in the background.

• Pause or restart all timers by clicking Pause or Go with Control (or Command) key.

• Clicking the Find button now has options for searching for records with running, paused or timers with no elapsed time.

• Set a start time before the current time and then Start Timer. This is useful if you forget to start a timer and want to specify a start time before clicking the Start Timer button.

• Delete all unused projects by clicking Delete Project with the Control (or Command) key.

• Delete all unused activities by clicking Delete Activity with the Control (or Command) key.

• "Round off times" feature has been improved in the A&E Tracker reports window for easier use and understanding.

Small Business Tracker v1.3.3

• In Inventory Tracker you can now add a number of items to the quantity field. If there is already a number in this field, you are asked if you want to replace or add to the old number. If you choose to add, a note is added to the Notes field indicating the date and amount of both the original and new quantity. (See graphic on right.)

• In Schedule Tracker a Show List button has been added below the repeat Until field when it is visible. (See graphic to the right.)

• A Prepare Envelope button has been added to Contact Tracker.

• In Task Tracker, items in To Do List have convenient check boxes. (See third graphic on right.)
